All lending decisions, documentation, underwriting, approvals, disclosures, and closing processes are handled directly by the applicable third-party lender.
Bulldog Financial helps organize borrower and investor scenarios, identify potential lending pathways, and make warm introductions to third-party lending partners. The goal is simple: help get the right scenario in front of the right lending resource without overcomplicating the process.
We help review the basic borrower, property, business, or investment scenario to determine whether a referral pathway may be appropriate.
