Bulldog Financial works through George Bernardich’s authorized Business Development Officer relationship with The Lending Corporation. TLC is the primary lending relationship for residential borrower scenarios introduced through Bulldog Financial.
When a residential scenario does not fit TLC’s current programs, lending parameters, or appetite, or when TLC elects not to pursue the opportunity, Bulldog Financial may review whether a supporting Deechie Ventures lender-network relationship may be appropriate.
